Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery across South Africa usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

 


 

Q. Where do orders ship from?
A. All orders are shipped directly from our Johannesburg distribution centre.

 


 

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Same-day dispatch may be possible depending on stock and courier schedules.

 


 

Q. Do you offer free delivery?
A. Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R1,000. For orders under R1,000, a flat R99 shipping fee applies.

 


 

Q. Will I get an order confirmation?
A. Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order number and details.

 


 

Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via Instant EFT, PayFast, or Ozow.

Q. Can I return or exchange my product?
A. Yes. If your watch is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, we’re happy to arrange a return or exchange. Please note: items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

 


 

Q. Will my email be used for anything else?
A. Nope — your privacy matters. Your email will only be used for order updates and exclusive Lunaria offers (if you opt in). No spam. Ever.
